Unlock codes are presented onling to you instantly after you provide payment. No waiting for unlock codes!

Unlocking instructions.

All codes are provided with implicit and full instructions on how to input them into the Nokia mobile phone. Our instructions are clear and concise and MUST be followed carefully. We do not provide refunds to those customers who clearly do not follow the instructions provided.

Customer error.

In circumstances where a customer has provided incorrect data and a genuine mistake has been made, we will endeavour to update the order and re-send the unlock codes within 24 hours. It is possible that there could be a delay due to backlog of orders during busy periods.

For a refund to be provided, customers must also prove that their codes have failed by providing a detailed account of the procedure they followed and any error messages they received. The customer must also inform us of their failed unlock codes within 24 hours of receipt of their unlock codes. We cannot guarantee a refund if the customer does not contact us within this time period.

Returns & Refunds

It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide correct data. No refunds shall be given for incorrect data supplied. However, we may choose to re-generate further codes for free if a genuine mistake has been made.

Privacy statement.

  1. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all of your personal details provided to us are kept secure.
  2. Your personal details will only ever be kept for the purposes of processing orders.
  3. We do not store customer credit card details, these are passed directly to our payment provider (PayPal) for the purposes of payment only.

We do not provide service/code to lost or stolen phones. Please ensure that you are a legitimate owner. The device/phone belongs to you and is authorised before ordering this service.

The service will work NOT work in the UK if the mobile phone has been reported lost or stolen.

UK Specific terms.

Due to new laws many thousands if not millions of handsets are being logged off all 4 major networks preventing a handset from being used at all in the UK.

If a handset is reported lost or stolen (or abused), IT WILL BE LOGGED OFF ALL THE UK NETWORKS, preventing it from ever being used again in the UK.

If we undertake an unlock and you find out the phone is in fact logged as stolen or abused, we CANNOT then refund your payment. We will undertake the job you request but cannot legally make a logged off phone work again.

We will undertake the job you have ask us to do so please do not demand a refund, (to provide 1 unlock code and any further free codes). We do not condone the theft/fraud etc of mobile phones in ANY shape or form.
